Welcome Officers and Teachers to the Sense of Safety & Beyond! TOOLKIT.
How to get started with your TOOLKIT:
- OFFICERS and TEACHERS: Click the Sense of Safety & Beyond! Activity Book for the pdf of the book.
- OFFICERS: Click the BLUE “Police Officer Script/Activities” image (below) and select a subject that compliments the Activity book (e.g. 9-1-1, Crossing the Street/Bike Safety). There is a suggested script for each safety subject, plus a Certificate of completion.
- TEACHERS: Click the GREEN “Teacher Lessons” image (below) and select a subject that compliments the Activity Book (e.g. 9-1-1, Crossing the Street). Each Lesson contains: a 15 minute safety lesson vocabulary, I Can statements, and a certificate of completion for each student.
- This TOOLKIT page has many useful resources, including: Rocket’s Library of Animated Videos and Rocket posters for your class.
