Dear Parents,

Nothing is more important to us at Rocket Rules than the Health and Safety of your children. Below are a series of activities to help keep your child healthy and safe every day, at home, going to and from school, and in the community. Included are questions for you to ask and discuss with your children as they complete each activity.

Each activity also identifies which sense (sight, hearing, etc) is used for each activity. We teach the senses because it helps your children stay safe and aware in their daily life.

Click on each activity and you will see a downloadable lesson along with your easy-to-follow parent guide for that lesson. (The entire Parent Guide is available here).

Look on our web site to find a range of emergency preparedness videos and books for your children.

Stay safe and healthy!
